Campeonato Brasileiro de Match Racing Feminino - 2009 - Day One
The women’s division of the Brazilian Match Race began on Friday in Sailing South, in Porto Alegre with the participation of seven teams, Brasilia, Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro. The schedule of races began at 10 hours, but had three stoppages due to the fickle wind that changed position several times. In the afternoon conditions improved with the entry of the east wind of average intensity of 10 knots.

The first stage (round robin) of women will conclude on Saturday. After which the semifinals and finals will be contested.
