Day two brought new challenges to the teams competing in the Womens Match Racing event at the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta in Weymouth, GBR. The Race Committee elected to move the course area inside the breakwater since space was made available when it was decided that the Paralympic Classes would not sail in the high winds and rough conditions today. The match racers saw winds from 18 to 25 knots with some gusts to 30 knots. Three flights of Group B were completed before it became prudent to send the boats to shore around midday. The winds subsided in mid-afternoon which allowed one flight to be completed by Group C before the high winds came up again forcing the end of racing for the day.
